Jill Bell is the creator of the Nail Polish Quilt Art Car made by using 100 to 250 bottles of nail polish and 13 months to create. She started out by beautifying a dent in the hood by painting a big band aid. Then, as you might have guessed kept going and in the end managed to totally cover her Saturn in a beautiful quilted pattern. Today she made the Yahoo front Page and was featured in the Gazette. Well done!!!
